Anaphora is a figure of speech where a word or phrase is repeated at the beginning of successive clauses, phrases, or sentences. Examples include Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I have a dream" speech, Shakespeare's use of "this" in Richard II, and lines like "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times" from A Tale of Two Cities.
